Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account and use bd9k's services, you must be 21 years of age or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or playing any games. If it is found that a user is below the required age, their account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each person may create only one account on bd9k. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and the balances held in them may be forfeited. If multiple members of the same household use separate accounts, they may not claim any single bonus offer more than once.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
You must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration. Opening an account with incorrect or false information will be considered a breach of these Terms and may result in the account being closed. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Transactions on bd9k are currently supported through the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No payment method other than these four is accepted. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal
The minimum deposit amount through each payment method is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Similarly, the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. Transactions below this amount will not be processed.
3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, in some cases the verification process may cause a slight delay. Identity verification may need to be completed before the first withdrawal.
3.4 Deposit Responsibility
Deposits must be made from the user's own payment method. Transactions from third-party accounts or mobile numbers registered in another person's name are strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the account may be suspended.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
bd9k offers new users a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. That means if you deposit ৳1,000 for the first time, you will receive an additional ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳22,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 will apply and your total balance will be ৳32,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw bonus funds, wagering requirements must be met. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount and bonus are not added together for the calculation.
4.3 General Bonus Policy
- Specific terms apply to each bonus offer.
- The welcome bonus can only be received once — each user is eligible for a single first-deposit bonus only.
- If evidence of bonus abuse or system manipulation is found, the bonus will be cancelled.
- bd9k reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Some games may contribute less toward meeting wagering requirements — contact the support team for specific details.
Bonus funds and real money are managed separately. Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they only become withdrawable once the wagering requirements have been met.
VIP Program & Cashback
bd9k's VIP program has three tiers that offer special benefits to regular players:
- Bronze — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Silver — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
- Gold — up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
You can advance to a higher VIP tier through continued activity and regular gaming. VIP tier cashback is calculated weekly and credited to your account at a set time. bd9k reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time and users will be notified in advance.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd9k platform:
- Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal purpose.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
- Using bots, automated software, or artificial means to play games.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
- Unauthorised access to another user's account.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
- Conducting transactions under or through a third party's name or account.
Breaching these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, all balances may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken where necessary.

7.2 Sports Betting

7.3 Technical Issues
If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, bd9k will attempt to resume it from the last saved game state. If a system error causes an inconsistent winning amount to be displayed, that amount will not be paid out and the game may be restarted.
Account Closure & Suspension
8.1 Closure by the User

bd9k may suspend or close your account for any of the following reasons:
